life’s but a dream, all within a mind's eye

I am a bird with a soft bushy tail

I am the wind and the gust in your sail

I am the sun that shines bright in the sky

I too, am a raindrop that forms in your eye

I am the warmth on a cold winters day

I am the one to chase monsters away

I am the light when everything’s dark

I am the fire when you need a spark

I am the laugh when everyone’s sad

When things all go wrong, I don’t think it's that bad

I am a bird flying high in the sky
