The far out spaces

Out in space, the days are long, the stars they twinkle bright

The colours swirl, the cosmic dust floats gently into sight

Comets speed past gently on their way to fiery ends

The planets hang suspended and the aliens are my friends

 

We take a ride in spaceships out towards the distant places

I wonder how this world began, the timeless far out spaces

Out here there are no troubles, just a constant state of wonder

As we all float on together out amongst the starry yonder
