LIFE

For not to be angry

Or not to be sad

And not to be bitter

Life isn’t that bad

So often we’re told

What we shouldn’t do

But what if we thought

Of the things we could do?

How about smiling

With teeth sticking out?

Go swim in the river

And splash all about!

Go hike up a mountain

And sit at the top

Or lie on the grass

Let your hair gently flop!

Then walk with bare feet

And run if you can

Stretch ever so gently

Then do it again!

Eat dinner for breakfast

Go try something new

And wave to your neighbour

It’s so good for you!
